Drugo, ovo je univerzitetski grad i niko iz Bosne i Srbije neće da se vrati tamo, a tamo je mentalitet ljudi takav da vuku jedni druge i uvek se oni prvo zapošljavaju. Ali takodje nerazumem kako su to Novosadjani u goroj poziciji. Poseduje i odvojenu garsonjeru u dvorištu pogodnu za izdavanje. Dobio sam akt o urbanističkim uslovima i potreban mi je investitor, ili neko ko hoće da otkupi kompletan posao. Takođe, ovo nije slamka spasa za one koji su prezaduženi, jer će kompletna dokumentacija biti pregledana. Trenutno funkcioniše kao četiri odvojene stambene jedinice.
